BIRMINGHAM TOURS HIDDEN GEMS BUS TOUR

In 2012 as part of our secret tours collection we invite you to experience `Hidden Gems of the City'. Start the day with a themed guided tour linking highlights of the city with the life of Cardinal Newman or August Welby Northmore Pugin on your own coach, covered double decker or Big Brum Open Top Buz. Arriving at St Mary's Convent - home to the Sisters of Mercy in time for refreshments we then have a guided tour of this little known Pugin masterpiece - an oasis in the heart of the city. A simple lunch in the refectory is included in the price. In the afternoon we continue to the Oratory - a celebration to Cardinal Newman for a guided tour of the highlights of this superb Baroque style building.

Itinerary

9.30am pick up for tour of the city.
11.30am arrival at St Mary's Convent - refreshments and guided tour
1pm lunch
2pm departure to the Oratory
2.30pm guided tour of the Oratory
4pm finish

The Birmingham Tours Hidden Gems Bus Tour is bookable all year round on a private basis. The price on the Big Brum Open Top Bus is generally based on £10 per person with a minimum charge of £350. Prices on application for a guide on your own coach, hire of double decker or coach depending on numbers.
